Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai is organizing a two-week summer school, the Vigyan Vidushi program in Mathematics (VV2023-Mathematics) for Indian women students in mathematics. VV2023-Mathematics will be held at the TIFR Mumbai Campus. The aim of this program is to expose participants to some advanced core topics in mathematics and encourage them to consider research in mathematics as a career option. Eligibility:
- Women students enrolled in the first year of a two-year MSc degree program in mathematics, or the fourth year of an Integrated BSc-MSc degree program in mathematics (or equivalent).
- Exceptionally good, motivated women students in the final year of their bachelor degree program or the third year of an Integrated BSc-MSc degree program in mathematics (or equivalent) may also apply.
